I want you to feel confident when joining one of my courses, and I genuinely want the material to help you improve.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Because the courses includeĀ immediate access to digital lessons, downloadable resources, tools and course materials, refunds may be refused where a significant amount of content has already been accessed, completed, or downloaded.

If you purchase a course and feel it isn’t the right fit for you, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your order details
  • A brief reason for your request

Refunds are generally not available:

  • after 7 days from purchase
  • if a substantial portion of the course has already been viewed
  • if downloadable materials or tools have been extensively accessed
  • where the request relates purely to personal preference after significant use

If you experience technical issues accessing the course, please get in touch first, as most problems can usually be solved quickly.

By purchasing, you agree to immediate access to digital content and understand that refund rights may be limited once access begins.

My aim is always to be fair and reasonable while protecting the value of the course content for all students.

Digital Products (Presets, Captures & Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products being delivered instantly and remaining accessible after download, refunds are not offered on digital purchases such as presets, captures, downloadable files or similar products.

Please make sure you are purchasing the correct format for your gear before completing your order.

If you experience a technical issue, missing files, or need help installing your purchase, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help resolve it.
